Flower resin preservation is a technique where real flowers are permanently encased in clear epoxy resin to preserve their shape, colour, and fine details for decorative or functional use. Once cured, the resin becomes hard and glass-like, protecting the flower from air, moisture, and decay.
This process leaves you with a lasting keepsake to display of your special day or event.

We offer this service to all Brides getting married up in FNQ - and can post out your preservations if you are not a local.
We carefully dry and colour touch up your flowers before they go into the resin for preservation.
This lets us enhance the natural beauty of your flowers. We offer a variety of packages to choose from.
Plus individual pieces to add onto any package.

We have had years of experience, with lots of trial and error to discover what works and what doesn't - thus providing you with the highest quality keepsakes of your flowers.
Flower preservation is a very labour intensive process and takes TIME.
We don't rush the process and put all our effort into making the perfect piece for you.

Wedding Flower Preservation Services

There are a few ways to preserve flowers. We prefer the use of resin to preserve them.
Your flowers are dried, colour corrected (if needed) and then carefully arranged into resin.
This produces a glass like keepsake that lasts forever that you can display at home as a constant reminder of your special event.
That doesn't matter at all!
If you are getting married in Cairns, Port Douglas, Mission Beach, Tablelands or anywhere in the FNQ region we are happy to help.
Basically you need to be able to drop your flowers in to us within 24hours of using them.
Please keep them in water until then.
When we are done, we can post your keepsakes out to anywhere within Australia.
Times vary depending on the condition of the flowers we receive from you.
It can take up to several months before the finished product is ready - but it's worth the wait!
We will give you an approximate time frame, but be aware that it is ONLY an approximate time frame.
You will be contacted once the keepsakes are ready to collect :)
ALL GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME
Firstly - Book in with us!
After the wedding- get your flowers to our studio ASAP
FRESH flowers have a 24 hour window to get the best preservation finish possible. After that the flowers will wilt and die. Keep them hydrated in a vase until you deliver them to us.
DRIED flowers can be dropped in anytime after the day as they do not wilt.
As with any HANDMADE ITEM small defects and air bubbles can arise from the resin process.
While we will do our best to avoid this, sometimes there may be small air bubbles present in the resin - which cannot be avoided.
Also any bruising of the flowers may be noticeable in the piece. This too is unavoidable.
We offer a colour correcting service which helps restore the flowers to their original colour before preservation.
If the flowers are too damaged to preserve we can substitute for a similar flower if needed.
Also note that ALL RESIN yellows over time - this is a natural process
To lessen the yellowing process- KEEP YOUR PIECES OUT OF DIRECT LIGHT AND SUNLIGHT
Preserving flowers is not cheap, but they last a very long time!
Each piece is different in cost. We have value packages available to save you money.
It takes a lot of time and labour to preserve flowers, and a lot of love and care goes into each piece.
